O Canada
Canada here we come
California, Oregon, Washington, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts to the United States of MAGA: “Canada here we come.” The Civil War is over; the South finally won (in their minds, it was never going to be over until they did). In the halftime, they corrupted a dozen more states.
Since they have taken over governance, it was ‘Backward Ho’ the Nation. Henceforth and by god, their 17th-century political and economic models would be those of the Nation. Take that damned modern liberal blue states.
Thanks, but no thanks, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, …; but we prefer to keep on going forward. We were long since sick and tired of dragging your sorry asses along with us. Now, you want to tell us what to do, how to do it. How’s about, instead, this time we leave this dunghill of yours to you?
It’s all urine. Canada offers a forward-thinking liberal government with universal healthcare including reproductive rights, and gun control.

As a Canadian living in Los Angeles , Canada would never absorb the Blue States you mentioned because these states are so out of control and cannot even manage their own state of affairs.
But I have to say there are a lot of Canadians that would consider joining the USA if the right conditions are met.
@Lorne,
LOL! The gross state product of “out of control” California is $4.1 trillion. Compare that with Canada’s GNP of $2.4 trillion. Looks to me that CA is managing their own state of affairs just fine.
Alberta?
