Monmouth is where US Army Fort Monmouth is or was. Navy/Marine base at NAD Earle. Higher counts of COVID would make sense. Marine Corps sent me there for Crypto – school and then I moved over to NAD Earle for a short time.
That entire area is prone to high traffic between NYC and Washington D.C. Either I would catch a ride to NYC from LeJeune or fly Piedmont/Eastern to visit with my future wife in the seventies.
