Getting needed and proper healthcare is a task in the USA. A task in the richest global nation when getting healthcare should not be in the United States. Even if the care is available, it may come at a cost which prevents a person from getting care. The programs which can help a person get healthcare are limited to income which is some cases should not be used as a roadblock. And there is also the issue of some healthcare organizations not accepting government program payments for healthcare because it is too small.

Then there is the issue of being a minority and or located in an area where healthcare is some distance away from where you live.
