I can recommend the following, by a former researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, who was recently summarily fired for posting his bike ride soliloquies on YouTube. He describes himself as biracial and is dark-skinned, but the justification for his firing was blatant racism (grasping at straws?).
He runs rapidly through some of the scientific literature documenting the gain-of-function research in the United States over the past twenty years and the opposition to it from the scientific community.
His conclusion: we have long known how to produce exactly the genome sequence that appears in SARS-CoV-2, for we have done so over and over again in the past, and boasted about it.

This taken from Tyler’s long article is BS on much of his commentary.
“Their final argument lacked any proof. It was essentially an attempt to smear Ivermectin through association with another drug. It attempted to link Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) with Ivermectin unfairly. While HCQ has become a punchline by the media, scientists like Dr. George Fareed know it is effective against COVID-19 – especially in the early stages.”
By itself HCQ was never thought to be effective against Covid. HCQ was used to treat a parasitic disease – Malaria. “Supposedly” HCQ in combination with AZT, Zinc, etc. was effective with HCQ being the ionophore allowing the AZT or zinc pass through the cell wall. In which case the zinc blocked Covid from joining the chain. The only clinical study I know of was performed at Henry Ford Hospital involving ~2500 patients. The results were favorable and shot down as they were not official.
Ivermectin is also used to treat parasitic disorders. It is used as heartworm meds for animals. Beyond being used and proven to work in parasitic disorders, nether has been clinically tested for other nonparasitic issues. Only the Ford study/trial comes close and it was widely criticized even though I could not find why. The Medicine industry and the Gov. do not show an interest in testing it in an authorized clinical trial.
In the mean time, take the vaccine if you have not done so to date. I am assuming you have done so as you seem like an intelligent person.
