Thanks for the link Ms 57. We can debate which candidates have more competence, better policies and is more “trustworthy” but in my mind Trump’s racism and religious intolerance is an absolute disqualifier. And it is only worse if he takes these positions “just to get elected”. I hope that the GOP will recognize and adopt this view before November, but with a few notable exceptions the GOP prefers not to disavow him. That says it all about politicians

You’re welcome. I lived in upstate NY at the time. It’s hard to communicate the extent to which that event just tore up that city and hugely exacerbated racial divides. Yet there was The Donald, and he had an absolute field day being at the center of attention regardless of the way he poured gasoline on the fire. It was an utterly despicable display of irresponsibility, stupidity and this insatiable craving of his for ego gratification. I’ve watched this creep for 30 years and he is an abomination.
