Help!!!!
The publisher has put together some
Obviously, they’d like my co-author and I to get them into the hands of the most influential people possible for them to review ’em. Anyone have any contacts? I’d be very grateful for any assistance.
If so, please e-mail me at “mikekimel” with a period between the mike and the kimel “@” gmail.
Thanks.
Mike
Will the book be available on Kindle or iBooks?
I am very influential among 3 or 4 people non-famous people, so please send me a copy.
mcwop,
I haven’t asked. I will try to remember to ask next week. My guess is that yes, but with a delay. The margin for the publisher is lower on kindle/ibooks, and this wasn’t a novel. The publisher put a huge amount of work into this (I have no idea how much work could go into a book) and they have to recoup some costs.
Ryan,
Sadly, I too am influential only among a handful of people. I think I get a handful of copies and have to pay for any others.
Ask Krugman if he wants a copy. He likes stuff like this.
Come to think of it, DeLong would be worth a try too. Plus he has a list of current recommended reading on his site.
Krugman is hard to get ahold of. The e-mail addresses I have for him are rather public, and I’ve tried using them to reach him in the past. I will try him again.
I will try DeLong.
Robert might twist his arm a little.
