Quote of the day
There are instructive parallels between the Trump administration’s trade war with China in the first year of this term and the Iran war that is consuming its second year. In both instances, the administration grossly underestimated its rival’s resilience and capacity to retaliate, then escalated quickly and sharply before learning that the other side controlled key chokepoints, ultimately leading the administration to seek a diplomatic denouement. The United States can ill afford this kind of experiential education.

No doubt, the United States has a “fill in the name” as the president. And Hegseth is not so far behind him. The later sucks as an XMarine officer.
The US economy is strained as it is. We should not be expending funds on unneeded conflicts when there are millions of citizens in trouble and those funds could provide ways to create more jobs, etc. in the United States.
Thank you for the commentary.
