Medicaid spending in rural areas is estimated to decrease by $137 billion over a 10-year period

Cuts in healthcare . . . Medicaid is necessary to fund tax breaks for Trump, his inner circle of beneficiaries and all not needing a tax break. This particular piece by Kaiser Family Foundation focuses on the impact to those who use Medicaid. Low in income, people are the main users of Medicaid. An ~10 million people will be disenfranchised by Trump and Republican’s initiatives. Some states will be about to pick up some of the volumes left without Medicaid.

Why whack the low in income? Because they have the lowest political impact amongst Republicans and Democrats. Not a lot of noise coming from Democrats. Read on . . .
