Here’s the honest statement Comey won’t make.

Millbank ends his piece with these three important points:

What is on Weiner’s laptop? Beats me.

Are the emails just duplicates of ones we already have? Maybe.

Is there new evidence of mishandled classified information? No clue.

Wapo does not know the answers. Bev does not know either. But Comey knows. He knew that there was something amiss before he wrote congress.

What might be the answers to these questions?

-More than 10,000 emails between Huma and HRC are on Weiner’s computer.

-There are emails that have not been previously reviewed by the FBI.

-Confidential information is found on Weiner’s laptop. This is a huge failure. It is a clear breakdown of security.

-It is proven that Weiner’s laptop has been hacked on numerous occasions. Some of those attacks originated from Russia.

    There are only two possibilities.

1)Comey has gone stark raving mad. He has suffered a nervous breakdown. He acted impulsively. He did not consult anyone. He deliberately destroyed his career. He deliberately destroyed the reputation of the FBI.

    or

    2) Comey had metadata information and was able to make initial conclusions that there was a huge volume of emails from HRC’s private server on Weiner’s computer. That information, by itself, answers the question about security.

The Secretary of State’s emails were on Weiner’s computer? You don’t get to be Prez with that level of carelessness.

    BK,

Not one word you put in there has any basis in fact. You are getting beyond ridiculous.

    “But Comey knows”.

Where in the world does that thought process come from? There is no indication of any kind that purports that Comey knows what these e mails are.

    You are just clueless.

    FWIW,
A few weeks ago, a respected polling organization asked Israelis which candidate for president of the United States they supported. The results were startling: By a massive majority Israelis said they want Hillary Clinton to win.
