Jeffrey Fisher’s oral argument at the Supreme Court today Beverly Mann | October 11, 2016 4:24 pm Law Politics Now, that’s what I’m talking about. Tags: Jeffrey L. Fisher, juror racial bias, Pena-Rodriguez v. Colorado, The Supreme Court Comments (5) | Digg Facebook Twitter |
Seems to me that he did not get a jury of his peers.
Also, as I have stated before, justice should be blind. A jury should never see the accused, know his name, or even know that he is a he.
At no time is justice blind nor is it equal. The prosecution will make sure the jury knows about the defendant and the danger.
That’s exactly my point, Run. I am saying only what SHOULD be, not what IS.
I am stating what is. Been there, done to this all the way to SCOTUS.
It seems we are in violent agreement! 😉
