I thought Bernie did a very good job too Beverly although I thought that Booker, Michelle and Warren were all pretty amazing too . And the most astute observation of the night IMHO was Sarah Silverman’s. Politics should be passionate but it should be grown up too because too much is at stake to take your ball and go home just because you do not get everything you want.
Yes, the speeches were exceptional. Booker forceful and to the point. M. Obama emotional and exceptionally intelligent. And Warren was the tiger that lent extra strength to Sander’s presentation. None were the devisive rhetoric of the idiotic Trumpian pageant.
But for the most astounding change of feel was the analysis from Fox News. Just for laughs, and curiosity, I tuned to Fox to hear what Meghen Kelly and co-workers had to say about each presentation in a post Ailes world. That was astounding. It was actually reasonably “fair and balanced”. The passing of the rotund Roger seems to be ushering in a new balance of media political reporting. That can only mean bad news for the extremism of the GOP, which will mean good news for progressive government in America. I’m curious to see what this means for Rush Limbaugh.
i heard, actually some years ago, that Koch was shifting its rhetoric to sound more reasonable to …. us. Since I think “our” party is more or less in the Koch camp (even when they don’t realize, they talk in cliches written by the Koch pubic relations department), I”d guess that even Kochs don’t want the chaos that Trump would bring, but that doesn’t mean they don’t want to own the whole thing.
True in the History .. Lol

Well, now I”m sorry I didn’t hear the speeches.
But here is a little dark cloud (if true):
