Just figured out why Donald won’t win: Hillary is a lot smarter than he is (well, we knew that didn’t we) and will slice him and dice him verbally. Women always know what to say don’t they? (Women never lose their sense of direction verbally.)

That’s all there is to it.

I have been figuring that he will not win because there are not enough racist, xenophobic, isolationist, nativists in this country to carry him to victory and that the rest of the poor slobs who think he will solve their legitimate economic problems will figure out that he is conning them. After the Brexit results this morning I am more worried. I had hoped that Trump would end up as nothing more than a footnote leading to a splintering of the GOP. Instead he could be part of the onslaught that toppled the world economy. The corporatists made this nightmare by screwing the middle class and it willbe interesting to see whether they can put an end to the bleeding. I guarantee you that the Wall Street money is really going to flow to Hillary now even if she selects Warren as a running mate-she won’t–and proposes to tax carried interest at ordinary rates–do not think she will do that either. As for those on the left they better hold their noses and vote for Hillary in November or they will be feeling like the 28% of Britons who did not make it to the polls yesterday

The tree of liberty needs to be the watered by the blood of EU tyranny.

Toppling the oppressors also toppled the world economy.

What price freedom? Give me liberty or a world economy!

    Freedom!

Don’t be a dumb cluck. Everybody knows that it was the Obama administration and HRC who exasperated the war in the middle east to where it is today. Everybody knows that HRC cannot run on her own record. Everybody knows that Moslems and Arabs do not hold high regard for women culturally. Everybody knows that HRC has a pathology for lying. Everybody knows that we cannot sustain our countries path or direction with more of the same do nothing policies…Remember that freedom is not won or lost on a battle field but rather is an everyday fight.

Yes what we need is Hillary, who gave us bankruptcies law that prevents you declaring bankruptcies on student loans forever, and very difficult on debts in general.

    The relevant 2016 election quote:

Michael Hudson: When you say the United States, we’re talking about really the neocons and a particular group within the U.S. Government. The neocons are led by the old Bush-Cheney people, including Obama and Hillary Clinton, who is to the right of Cheney. Hillary says that we should go back into Libya, that we should fight even more, and that Putin is Hitler. That means that when she comes to power you can be pretty sure that there’ll be a confrontation. If there is, a number of former generals in America have been warning that the chances of atomic war have never been higher. If Hillary gets in Russia’s going to go on an immediate nuclear alert and there’s a good chance of war. But Hillary is not the United States, although the United States may end up electing her, in which case, in my mind, there’ll be a disaster.

“Yes what we need is Hillary, who gave us bankruptcies law”

You need to to spend some time on planet earth instead of NC.

    She did no such thing.

  • EMichael says:

    geez

    What year was that?

    What bill passed?

When the bankruptcy bill did pass, did Hillary vote for it(let alone bring it to us).

Imbecilic comment. Here I will give you one:

“What we need is Bernie who brought us the financial crisis by voting for the Commodity Futures Modernization Act. ”

He did vote for it and it became law. He did not bring us the financial crisis.

You might want to spend a little time figuring out what happened versus what people have said about things that did not happen if you want to comment with normal, thinking human beings.

Or you can stay at NC fantasyland.

    You are a troll.

EMichael, I always troll against DINO’s who are neoliberals; Hillary top of my list in this area.

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 1:13 pm

    Nice life.

    You make a false statement.

When caught you post two irrelevant you tubes.

    Your mother must be proud.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 1:19 pm

EMichael, the original question was about Hillary supporting bankruptcies law, which the first URL answered. If you like I can also post one from E. Warren on Hillary supporting the bankruptcies law.

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 1:22 pm

That is a lie. Your post plainly states:

“Yes what we need is Hillary, who gave us bankruptcies law”

And that post of yours is a lie.

What is the point? You think this kind of discussion actually helps you advance your policies or candidates?

One thing is certain is certain in this world. Everyone hates a liar.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 1:47 pm

EMichael, I’m reasonably sure most people who can read know that laws are not passed by an individual’s……..but are lobbied for by various senators or congressmen.

The URL below is Senator E. Warren speaking about Hillary lobbying for bankruptcy law.

EMichael, an yes I think the truth will eventually change the type of person that the democratic party puts forth; maybe the old guard too that has done nothing for the middle class in more than 45 years.

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 4:01 pm

    Beene,

In order for your comments to make any sense, your original statement cannot be yours.

You lied. You were caught at it. You deflected from it. Now you are deflecting further.

Perhaps if your original post had claimed some of the garbage you are now using as you backsteped away from your lie, it would have passed without comment.

But that is not what you wanted to do.

    Here is a fact.

The bankruptcy bill you are talking about passed. Hillary Clinton opposed it, and did not vote for it.

But that simple truth means nothing to you.

    Sad. Really sad.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 4:06 pm

EMichael, I believe that loosening the notation we can still help Bernie, Warren, and Grayson and others do some serious house keeping in the democratic party, if we defeat Hillary.

I do not know how even blinkers can help one vote for Hillary. The Clinton Charity Foundation is an excellent example of Bill & Hillary charity to others. Their foundation gives 10% to charitable works. I guess the other 90% go’s to support the four estates the Clinton’s own that might ravel Bill Gates estate.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 4:30 pm

I will take Senator Warrens statement over yours EMichael or are you like a lot of our politicians hopping that repeating a lie often enough will sell it.

If you were trying to be correct you would have said did oppose it before she voted for it as a senator.

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 4:33 pm

Senator Warren’s statements have absolutely nothing to do with what I have stated.

The fact that you ignore that simple truth is why no one should, or does, listen to you.

Well, if you go to NC they might, but people with functioning brains do not do that.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 4:53 pm

In all the babble did you forget we were discussing whether Hillary did as I said support the bankruptcy?

    I’m old and sometimes forgetfully. ( ;

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 5:06 pm

    AH.

    Here is your quote:

“Yes what we need is Hillary, who gave us bankruptcies law”

What do you not understand about your own statement?

Look at the verb. You do not understand what “gave” means?

You do not understand that the bankruptcy bill that Hillary supported did not become law? That the bankruptcy bill she opposed did become law?

If not, you are dumb as a stump.

  • beene says:
    June 26, 2016 at 5:40 pm

    “Here is your quote:

“Yes what we need is Hillary, who gave us bankruptcies law”

What do you not understand about your own statement?

Look at the verb. You do not understand what “gave” means?” EMichael

So Hillary as one of the law makers who supported the bankruptcy law is not responsible for giving us the law, is that your argument EMichael.

  • EMichael says:
    June 26, 2016 at 5:59 pm

    No.

The legislation she supported did not become law. The law she rejected did become law.

And that is enough of this.

You have created a straw man; said you did not create a straw man; created another straw man; and then claimed Hillary “gave” us that straw man.

You should try not to talk.

You, and the other people of your type at NC, are the number one reason this country and the Democratic Party is so far towards the middle.

You should be an influence on politics, instead you are an incredible negative.

What makes it worse is your attitude that you are a progressive. Everything you say, do and vote for is an attack on the progressive movement.

  • beene says:

Hillary’s explanations of the reason for her support of S. 420, the Bankruptcy Reform Act is disputed in Senator Warren’s book “The Two-Income Trap: Why Middle-Class Parents Are Going Broke,”.

“Senator Clinton: I rise today in support of final passage of S. 420, the Bankruptcy Reform Act. Many of my colleagues may remember that I was a strong critic of the bill that passed out of the 106th Congress.
While we have yet to achieve the kind of bankruptcy reform I believe is possible, I have worked with a number of people to make improvements that bring us closer to our goals, particularly when it comes to child support. Women can now be assured that they can continue to collect child support payments after the child’s father has declared bankruptcy. The legislation makes child support the first priority during bankruptcy proceedings.”

Had guess or would have answer earlier.

I’m a liberal democrat though I do support some progressive democratic policy’s.

  • EMichael says:

I have the feeling I am missing something.

You said “you’re welcome”, when you should have said, “thank you” for informing you that your initial comment was incorrect, and you appreciated learning something you did not know.

    Is that the case?

  • beene says:
    June 27, 2016 at 8:50 pm

Regardless of who’s statement or how stated the end result is the same except in last statement which you seemed added something. The only thing adds was Hillary’s lie about rational of why she signed. When the truth was the only beneficiaries were the financial, and credit sectors. Hillary’s bs about children and mothers may give her cover on the campaign trail but it’s not true.

How this story was started when Hillary said in a debate with Bernie check my record and you will find money never influenced my vote; so it was and as usual with Hillary it was not true.
