    The next one, “Setting up an Accountable Care Organization,” made me laugh out loud.

    When you think about it, the confluence of Insurance and Government (and their respective lawyers), in a sort of symbiotic relationship consisting of one “gotcha” after another has turned our healthcare system into a very corporate and non-human enterprise.
