    One question constantly bandied about over at ZH is whether QE is temporary or a permanent sort of policy…is there a QE3 or not, and whether QE2 will keep on humming?  I believe the emphasis is on a bond crisis and USD as a global reserve currency. 

    Another question in commentas at Economist’s view is more fundamental…what’s an economy for??
