PPACA (aka Obamacare) required a commission on health care quality. The interagency working group released a report late last week.

I read: “More government” and “behavior manipulation”
Regulators and executive orders with more power than the legislative and judicial branches combined..
Wonder how much of the first trillion (borrowed and printed) will be eaten up there ?
