    Maybe someone could suggest that states receive more from the federal govt than they pay in go first with reductions. When that is equalized then everyone can take a haircut.

    Of course your post assumes that treating government addiction, uh, works. If it doesn’t – which my suspicions would lead me to believe – then this is a good thing. Cutting waste.
