I don’t see president Obama’s logic on raising tax rates on the wealthy and then on nobody else and claim he’s doing it out of fairness. Since a constant rate applied to more income asks the rich to provide a disproportiate amount of taxes – raising their rates will make it even more disproportionate. How is this fair. Isn’t doing things that are unfair messing with Karma? And why as a middle class person that depends on the businesses created by the wealthy is it in my interest to raise their taxes and diminish their capacity to provide decent paying jobs that I benefit from.

And since when did people in the $100-250k become the downtrodden that need help from President Obama. If the government really needs the money they should be taxing them too. 2/3rds of the republican tax cuts went to them, so if your argument is that you are raising taxes to close the buget deficit given how much you want to spend – taking most Americans off the list people people you intend to ask to pay for increased government services

    Bruce,

Is there even 1 Democrat that is tsanding next to Obama on the Campaign stump? Anyone? All I see is that ALL the Dems are running as far and as fast from Obama as they can. How many Dem congressman were on the stage with Obama in Cleveland? Any?

Down here in Texas Bill White is so obviously avoiding anything Obama its actually quite pitiful. And the guy is probably better than Perry when it comes to being a governor (loses on the hair thing though), but his obvious avoidence of any association with Obama or the national Dem party is a site to see. Plenty of other example out there.

Anyone running on there support for ObamaCare?  Anyone at all standing up to be counted with the Dem signature legislation of the past two years? This was the new, New Deal doncha know?

    🙂
