I had an interesting idea to rename the various Robert E Lee institutions in the country name them after Lee’s father Henry (lighthorse) who was a revolutionary war general. (There were two Lees that were signers of the Declaration of Indpendence Richard Henry Lee and Francis Lightfoot Lee. (So further good names to use if you want to remove Robert E from a name.) (For high schools just changing the generation of the name would be easiest as likley few uniforms would have to change)
