Congress finally agrees to do something meaningful. Really.
I love the ASPCA. And all the many local animal rescue organizations, many of them small, in this country and elsewhere, that operate on a dime yet still do wonderful things.
I adopted my Diesel 6 years ago from the SPCA. Best decision ever.

my daughter is active in some kind of internet home finding for shelter dogs. I seem to end up as a home of last resort. Always one more than I can really handle. But as Matt says, still my best decisions ever.
