    I understand that folks who get shot and survive can have medical bills up to $1 million. I think that is a good argument for a tax on bullets (since they are essentially in shooting someone). Set the tax such that it pays the national costs for gunshot victims, both health care and funeral costs (perhaps just cremation costs)
