Two Important Op-Ed Pieces Today
I want to draw AB readers’ attention to two of the most important op-ed pieces I’ve read in a while. They address entirely different, but profoundly important, matters.
One is Elizabeth Warren’s piece today in Politico, called Stop riggingsystem against small business.
The other is Bill Keller’s column today in the New York Times, called The Leak Police.
These articles speak for themselves just fine. No commentary on them is needed.

commentary is ALWAYS needed. just so i can tell if its worth clicking the link.
sorry if you don’t understand that.

clicking the link requires less effort than writing about whether it might not be worth it…just to comment you had to click at least twice…
What large corporations do or do not do has very little impact on “small business.” Many small businesses survive because large corporations send them business or keep a community full of worker/consumers.
Moreover “small businesses” come in many different sizes and categories so the political blather from both sides is rather meaningless.
Anyone else tired of politicians from both parties?

half the world does not know how the other half lives.
with my computer-modem i can count on a wait of minutes before i can see if the linked article is garbage or just vapid.
if someone is going to tell me “you must read..” i think they have an obligation to tell me why.
but i am old school and have better things to do than chase links around the internet.

past tired.
anon,
If you’ve got better things to do, go do them. If you don’t trust the judgment of the poster, why bother showing up in the first place?

so i can give the poster my sage advice about manners and how to reach an audience.
Both articles intersect in one place at least: the riggers on the inside do not want us to see the rigging.
Adding police power to political power in rigging will finally kill the democratic goose.
