Steve Benen Looks at Alphonso Jackson, HUD, and the Housing Bubble

There hasn’t been much written about what the one cabinet-level secretary with the word “housing” in his title did as the housing bubble grew and grew and grew and then burst. Steve Benen has a post on that. I don’t have anything to add, but I would like to simply repeat what Benen himself wrote:

Hmm, why does this sound so familiar?

Note… there is no more to this post. I don’t seem to be able to keep it from writing “Read more” at the bottom of the post.

That’s Alphonso, not Alphonse, in the title. Sorry.
