Bailouts on Wall Street and Iraq
PGL’s post on Iraq reminds me of my post on the Wall Street Bailout the other day. See, there’s one thing much worse than seeing an agency that represents the people of the United States take an ill-advised action at the request of corrupt nepotists who claim to be on our side but really aren’t by spending reams of money – whether that takes place on Wall Street or in Iraq.
Its seeing an agency that represents the people of the United States take an ill-advised action at the request of corrupt nepotists who claim to be on our side but really aren’t by spending reams of money and failing to pull it off. Its one thing to show extremely poor judgement . Its another thing to show weakness.
