Bob Ney is Out of Jail

I guess it pays to take bribes if you’re a public official. You can rise high in either party even after being a part of a well-known scandal such as the Keating Five or ABSCAM. And if what you do is heinous enough to to send you to jail, apparently you won’t be there for long.

When the rules of the game are such that the benefits outweigh the costs, expect to see more of the behavior.
