Attorneys, Part X

I’ve had posts on attorneys before. Regular readers may remember one question I asked… why is it acceptable to have a Secretary of the Energy who cannot define the word Energy, or a Secretary of Agriculture who doesn’t understand the first thing about mad cow disease, but its not OK to have, say, a Physicist on the Supreme Court?

Now, I am no scientist, but that question came to mind immediately when I read this.
