Did Cheney Order Libby to Out Plame?

I have always thought so. Read the latest from Murray Waas as well as the continuing excellent coverage from the FireDogLake ladies! Cheney appears to have instructed Libby to leak a highly classified CIA report for no other purpose than to attack Ms. Plame’s husband. Inexcusable and illegal. Cheney should resign – NOW!
